Meet the VW and AUDI Service Team

Our Service Manager, Stuart MacDonald has been with Hamilton VW for over 2 years and brings a wealth of vehicle knowledge to the team.  We have most recently welcomed Scott as our new VW Service Advisor and we can't forget about Joe who has been with Hamilton VW for over 15 years!  Tania has been answering your service appointment requests and making sure you arrive and are taken care of immediately.  Mary has joined the VW service team to expedite your service appointment and to ensure that each customer is greeted with a friendly smile.

Scott is servicing the AUDI clients and ensures that all of your requirements are attended to in a timely fashion.  Whether you use our Shuttle Service or wait in our lounge area, you can be confident your vehicle is being cared for by a team of professionals. 

Our certified and trained Service Advisors will meet with you personally upon your arrival in our
New Drive Thru Service  and ensure your repair requirements are addressed and you are given updates on all vehicle related technology.
